If you need to temporarily pause your membership, please read the following terms and conditions before completing the Time Freeze Form.
- Written notice must be provided to us at least fourteen (14) days prior to the commencement of the time freeze period;
- Your direct debit will move to the next applicable debit date determined by the length of time freeze;
- Your membership will automatically recommence the day after the nominated ‘to’ date;
- If extension of a current time freeze is required, this must also be submitted in writing;
- Time freeze submissions will not be back dated; and
- Time freeze is only applicable if all amounts payable for your membership are paid up to date.
- For fortnight memberships, time freeze is available for a maximum of four (4) weeks and a minimum of two (2) weeks;
- For monthly and upfront memberships, time freeze is available for a maximum of one (1) month and a minimum of fifteen (15) days;
- Upon production of supporting documentation to our satisfaction, you are entitled to a period no longer than six (6) months of time freeze for travel or medical reasons; and
- Time freeze is not available for fixed contract memberships less than six (6) months.
