Fit For Life Moves 

Fit For Life (FFL) Moves is a low to moderate intensity exercise program designed for the over 50, or for people who are living with stable health conditions

Monday, Wednesday - 10:30am for 45 minutes. 

Tuesday, Thursday - 11:30am for 45 minutes.

 

Fit For Life Strength

Fit For Life (FFL) Strength is for the over 50 and uses machine and free weights to help improve overall strength and functionality.

Monday - 11:30am for 45 minutes. 

Friday - 10:30am for 45 minutes.
