The August Group Fitness Challenge is designed to get a head start on your spring motivation, encourage community spirit, and bring out the best in each of our valued members.
- Earn Points in our Group Fitness Classes: Every group fitness class you attend during the month of August will earn you valuable points. The more classes you participate in, the higher your chances of climbing up the leader board. Some classes are worth more points than others!
- Diverse Class Selection: From heart-pumping Total Fit sessions to zen yoga flows, there's something for everyone. Explore new classes and boost your points tally.
- Myzone: Have you tried Myzone yet? Each Myzone class is worth 3 points! During the month of August, we are offering all Myzone classes for FREE! Plus, we will supply you with a demo belt for the class. No excuses not to give our functional training a go!
- Prizes: As you gain points, you'll be competing for some amazing prizes including 1-month free gym membership, PT packs, CORC merchandise, Myzone belts and more!
- Community Support: This challenge is not just about individual achievements; it's about our wonderful sense of community within the gym through our group fitness classes. Bring a friend for free to your group fitness classes during the month of August*, and if they join us on a direct debit membership (minimum 3 months), you’ll get 1 month membership for free. Plus, we’ll cover their joining fee! *Only 1x non-member friend per member, non-member must attend with member each visit, medical clearance form must be filled out and profile created, non-member must also book into the group fitness class, non-member must join before 3 September to gain promotion.
- Track your Progress: Stay informed and stay motivated. We'll provide regular updates on the leader board standings, allowing you to keep track of your progress and gauge how close you are to becoming a champion. Our instructors will mark off the roll in each class (meaning you have to book in AND attend the class!).

You have two options to join the challenge:

How do the points work?
- Each group fitness class instructor will take the roll at the start of the class.
- Our staff will create a tally and leader board.
- Every group fitness class you attend during the month of August will earn you valuable points.
- The more classes you participate in, the higher your chances of climbing up the leader board.
- Some classes are worth more points than others.
- Each participant is allowed unlimited points!
1st prize = the participant with the most points
2nd prize = the participant with the second highest points
3rd prize = the participant with the most variety of group fitness classes
4th prize = the participant who attends the most '3 point' classes
5th prize = the participant who attends in the most Myzone classes
Our CORC staff will be keeping track of everyone's points through the group fitness attendances. We will display the top 10 participants on the leader board every Friday.

You're welcome to join us on a FREE 5-day gym trial. If you sign up to a direct debit membership at the end of your trial, we will waive your joining fee!

- Any group fitness class starting between 6:00am - 7:15am
- Any group fitness class at 7:30pm

- Virtual RPM (except Monday 7:30pm)

- FFL Moves
All exception classes are worth 3 points.
